Care profile contents — Social Security numbers, medical, financial, and estate information, documents, and stored passwords — are held only by Microsoft Azure. They are not sent to Stripe, Clerk, Mailchimp, Anthropic, Google, or Meta. Two narrower exceptions worth naming plainly:
- Addresses you type into an address field are sent to Google’s Places API for autocomplete.
- Profile exports are emailed to you as a download link through SendGrid.
