Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free is free forever, with nothing counting down. You get up to three people, sharing with up to three others, and 1 GB of storage for as long as you like. No card required.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you can change your mind any time before then. After that you’re back on free. Nothing is deleted: every profile, document and record stays readable and downloadable. If you’re over the free limits, you just can’t add new ones until you’re back under.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from your account settings. You’re never charged twice and you don’t lose time you’ve paid for — the new rate starts with your next bill. Annual saves 16%.
Do profiles shared with me count toward my limit?
No. The limit of three is for people you add yourself. Profiles that family members share with you are unlimited on every plan.
How do you handle payment?
Through Stripe. Your card details go straight to them — we never see or store your card number.
